Norma and her husband, Patrick, moved to Unincorporated Lake County in 1988.  They have 2 sons, 2 daughters, 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. 

They are founding members of St. Raphael the Archangel Catholic Church where they recently celebrated their 61st wedding anniversary.  Additionally, Norma is a founding member of St. Raphael’s Altar & Rosary Sodality and served as President for three years. She presently serves in the ministries of Extraordinary Minister of Communion, Ushers, and Fellowship. 

Norma has also been part of the volunteer staff at St. Raphael’s Office for the past 5 years. Through her years of dedicated catholic service she was recognized with the ACCW Vicariate 1 Leadership Award in 2013-2014, the Archdiocese of Chicago Christifideles Award in 2015 and the ACCW Vicariate Woman of the Year Award in 2017.
