Mr. Boldt is a professional registered engineer in the states of Wisconsin, Illinois, and Iowa. He has been involved in the consulting engineering industry for over 40 years. He is based in Kenosha, Wisconsin and has been associated with Midwest firms. 
 
He is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Clark Dietz, Inc. a 120 person consulting engineering firm with offices in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, and Wisconsin. Clark Dietz provides services in transportation, civil/environmental, and mechanical/electrical engineering as well as construction engineering and management. Mr. Boldt has been associated with Clark Dietz since 1994.
 
Mr. Boldt has been actively involved in the development and implementation of the Strategic plan. This process included the identification of Company Values and the incorporation of those values in employee reviews, client evaluations and leadership training. Mr. Boldt has led the collaborative process to bring staff together from multiple offices. 
 
Mr. Boldt is Director of Business Clark Dietz. He provides leadership and guidance in the areas of business development, project management and risk management. 
 
From 1981-1994, Mr. Boldt was Vice President and Division Manager of McClure Engineering Associates, a civil engineering firm with multiple offices in Illinois specializing in Civil engineering in the areas of water, wastewater, transportation and structural engineering. 
 
From 1977-1981, Mr. Boldt was a project engineer with Baudhuin, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in land development and municipal engineering.
