Acknowledges member birthdays, weddings, illnesses,shut-ins and deaths.

• Send cards and/or flowers/plants when requested
• Notify members of prayer requests for illness, death, etc.
• In the event of a member death, informs membership of time to meet for praying the Rosary.

Leads ARS members by reminding them to pray for all St. Raphael parishioners.

• Notifies membership (via email) of prayer requests made by ARS members and St. Raphael parishioners
• Monitors the St. Raphael Book of Intentions

Assists with seasonal church decorations as requested by the pastor.

• Arranges altar flowers for Solemnities and seasons

Washes and irons altar cloths as needed (at least monthly).
 

• Items require special handling 

Check servers’ closet for soiled Albs in the laundry basket (at least monthly)

• Checks the hanging Albs for cleanliness
• Washes & presses Albs promptly
• Ensures Albs are hung by size

1-2 volunteers needed

Decorates the Fellowship Hall for the liturgical season. 

Leads membership in praying the Rosary prior to monthly meetings

• Ensures copies of “How to Pray the Rosary” and the Memorare are available for members

1-2 volunteers needed

Assists pastor/priest with preparing spiritual activities for ARS members.

• Plans annual fall retreat
• Advises members of other nearby retreats

1-2 volunteers needed

Assists pastor/priest and wedding party at both the rehearsal and the  wedding.

2 volunteers needed for each wedding.
