• Welcomes new members.
• Keeps ARS Membership List up-to-date.
• Provides the ARS Secretary with names and contact information to keep ARS Contact list up-to-date.

Keeps ARS members and St. Raphael Parishioners aware of upcoming activities.

• Publicizes ARS monthly meetings
• Writes weekly ARS column for the bulletin
• Publishes monthly newsletter the week after each meeting
• Ensures ARS content on the St. Raphael website and the ARS brochure remain current.

4-5 volunteers needed

Plans and organizes social and spiritual events open to all women of the parish.

• May include games, trips, dinners at a local restaurant, the annual Christmas dinner, movies, spiritual events e.g., retreats, movies
• Can chair any one activity, e.g., restaurant dinners, or can work as a group
